会议期间,CTO辛磊博士受邀参加了深度学习从头测序算法的技术研讨会,在会上分享了PEAKS®算法团队在de novo sequencing领域多年的工作成果,以及deep learning技术当下的应用及对未来的展望。作为首个将深度学习应用到de novo sequencing的算法模型,BSI的DeepNovo®也得到后续众多算法的借鉴与引用。

此外,对于近几年大热的免疫多肽研究,会场的相关墙报几乎也成了PEAKS®专场。来自Helmboltz Institute of Translational Oncology Mainz,Genentech,The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia,Baylor college of Medicine, Roche, ADA Forsyth Institute,Regeneron等临床机构、制药公司,学术单位展示了他们利用PEAKS的DeepNovo Peptidome或者de novo sequencing工作流在免疫多肽组发现中的数据分析应用。蒙特利尔大学的Pierre Thibault教授也在口头报告中分享了他们在非小细胞肺癌方面利用PEAKS进行的相关工作成果。
