  凝集素（Lectin）凝集素（Lectin）是一类自然界广泛存在的蛋白质，具有特定糖结构识别的特性。糖蛋白和糖脂上发生的糖基化修饰，在细胞分化、病原微生物侵袭，以及肿瘤的发生、发展和迁移等生物现象中扮演着极为重要的角色。利用凝集素进行特定糖结构的解析是糖生物学研究领域的常用手段。本芯片将可商业获得的56种经典凝集素，以微阵列的形式固定在高分子三维芯片片基上，形成高通量凝集素芯片，可进行多种糖结构的同步筛选和交叉验证。该芯片的诞生为专注于分析细胞表面糖基化及蛋白质糖基化研究的科学家提供了极佳的工具。
