KFC2000U是专为染色体核型分析、染色体荧光原位杂交分析和比较基因组杂交分析而开发的一款专业级超冷CCD摄像头。其制冷温度为-50℃，最长曝光时间可达180分钟，对于微弱荧光信号采集能力极强。一些肉眼无法看到的荧光信号，通过长时间曝光可以轻松拍摄到探针信号。
