狗肝微粒体

    肝微粒体是体外研究一个化合物的代谢(酶抑制，清除率和代谢鉴定)以及药物-药物相互作用的主要工具。通常根据特定细胞色素酶的活性水平来选择微粒体。 
        
        
 

        齐氏生物提供的肝细胞微粒体来源于肝脏内质网膜的亚细胞组分。由肝细胞提取的每批产品都经过FDA推荐的方法，对肝细胞微粒体活性进行考察，然后于冻存管包装，20 mg/管；-80℃保存，干冰运输。

         用途：ADME及药代动力学检测试验
