490 ml of Basal Medium

 

5 ml of Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (MSCS)

 

5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S)

 

 

 

 

★ Instructions for Use

 

1.       Prior to use, thaw penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S) at 2 to 8 ℃over night

 

2.       Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.

 

3.       Thaw the Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (MSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.

 

Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells Medium（MSCM）contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing human mesenchymal stem Cells isolated from bone marrow, umbilical cord. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance.
