RFP-Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody(5G4)

Storage Buffer & Condition: PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide as Preservative and 50% Glycerol.
Store at -20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.
Recommended dilutions: WB: 1:5,000
Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.
Specificity: The RFP tag antibody can recognize RFP tag fusion proteins.
Background: The red fluorescent protein cloned from Discosoma coral (DsRed or drFP583)  holds great promise for biotechnology and cell biology as a spectrally distinct companionor substitute for the green fluorescent protein(GFP) from the Aequorea jellyfish.
