猴肝微粒体Monkey Liver microsomes

 肝微粒体是体外研究一个化合物的代谢(酶抑制，清除率和代谢鉴定)以及药物-药物相互作用的主要工具。通常根据特定细胞色素酶的活性水平来选择微粒体。
