Storage	Upon receipt, store immediately at -20 to -70°C:12 months from date of receipt. After reconstitution under sterile conditions: 2 to 8 °C or 1 month or -20 to -70°C for 6 months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Immunoassay	Ligand Binding-Sandwich ELISA In a sandwich ELISA, a concentration of 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) of recombinant human TSLP (Cat.#: 0721061) will be detected by the Anti-TSLP Ab (Cat.#: 0731062) when used with goat anti-human IgG(H+L) as the secondary antibody. The EC50 is 92 ng/mL.
Neutralization	Inhibiting STAT-5 Signaling The stimulation of STAT5-Luciferase expression by the recombinant human TSLP (Cat.#: 0721061) in the HEK293 cells (Cat.#: 0611142) is neutralized by the Anti-TSLP antibody (Cat.#: 0731062) in a dose-dependent manner. The ND50 is typically 6.21 µg/mL.
Neutralization	Blocking TSLPR binding In a sandwich ELISA, a concentration of 1μg/mL (100 μL/well) of anti-TSLP Ab (Cat.#: 0731062) will block binding of recombinant human TSLPR (1 µg/mL) (Cat. #: 0721112) to the recombinant human TSLP (Cat.#: 0721061) in a dose-dependent manner. The ND50 is 1.49 µg/mL.
