仪器介绍
该电泳系统有四部分组成：A电泳槽外壳、相对应的模块、缓冲液槽和盖；B玻璃板和梳子；C加样引导器；D制胶支架和制胶框。该系统设计最大特点是功能灵活，即可以做普通的蛋白电泳、Western印迹，又可以做电洗脱和双向凝胶电泳。另外制胶简便，大大节约了整个电泳的时间。
主要特点
1. 模块化设计，使功能更灵活。只需改变一下模块就可以实现以下四种功能：
A 蛋白电泳，适合于手灌胶或预制胶PAGE和SDS-PAGE胶
B 转印，适合Western印迹杂交
C 电洗脱，用于电洗脱样品条带或整个泳道
D 双向凝胶电泳。用于双向应用中的第一向IEF管式凝胶
2. 特有的制胶系统。
A 封边垫条固定，便于玻璃板对齐，并防止漏胶
B 凸轮卡锁的制胶框，操作简便，在任何平面上都可以轻松对齐玻璃板
C 特殊的塑料电泳梳，保证均一的凝胶聚合，避免气泡的产生
D 封边垫条的玻璃板加厚，不易破碎
3. 专利的加样引导器，避免遗漏上样或重复上样的产生

小型Trans-Blot 转印槽可快速、高质量地转印小型 凝胶。作为Mini-PROTEAN 3 电泳系统的一个组件， 小型Trans-Blot 转印槽能容纳2 个凝胶支架转印夹，用 于在Mini-PROTEAN 3 电泳槽内电转印两种小凝胶（Mini-PROTEAN 3 凝胶和Ready Gel 预制胶）。小型 Trans-Blot转印槽特点包括：
- 1 小时内转印2 块7.5 x 10 cm 凝胶；也可进行低强 度的过夜转印
- 电极丝相距4cm，以产生强电场保证有效的蛋白转印
- 颜色标记的转印夹和电极，确保转印过程中凝胶 的正确定向
- 内置Bio-Ice 冷却装置，快速吸收转移过程中产生 的热量
- 既可作为完整的独立设备，又可作为一个模块与 Mini-PROTEAN 3 转印槽的缓冲液槽和盖兼容
