触觉测量套件是由20根尼龙纤维丝组成，英文中称为 Von Frey filaments 或Semmes-Weinstein monofilaments，主要用于评估皮肤的触觉，是非常受欢迎的非侵入式实验器材。它可提供0.008g-300g的刺激力。尼龙丝的粗细及伸出长度决定提供刺激力的大小。实验时，根据实际情况选定一种尼龙丝，调节适当的伸出长度，垂直地刺激皮肤，通过调节伸长、更换尼龙丝可调整刺激力的大小。尼龙丝弯曲以后，持续的推进会导致更多的弯曲，但是刺激力不会再增加。当啮齿类动物得爪受到足够的机械刺激后会有缩回反射，反复调整刺激力的大小，最终选定适当的刺激力。Von Frey 触觉测试不仅可应用于大、小鼠的足底，在临床上也广泛使用，可用于触觉测试及高知觉和低知觉诊断。
另外，可选配凿孔工作台，其网筛孔是利用激光切冲而成的方形孔，尺寸为5×5mm2 ，孔间距约为1mm，这对受试动物而言是一个舒适的环境，也便于操作人员观察动物的足底区域。该凿孔台经涂层处理，便于清洁且不易被腐蚀。
