萝卜硫素

从西兰花里提取出来的手性天然产品。也是phase II 酶的诱导剂。在室温下，它是淡黄色粘稠液体。它的异硫氰酸盐基团与质子溶剂如水和乙醇反应形成相应的硫代氨基甲酸酯。它和半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽上的巯基反应形成二硫代氨基甲酸酯（偶联物）。
